Automatic Slitting Machine

The calendered anode/cathode electrodes are loaded onto the unwinding mechanism. Driven by a traction system, the electrode sheet is fed into a set of slitting knives arranged according to the required process specifications for slitting. The upper and lower rewinding mechanisms then separately wind the slit strips into rolls, while the edge trimmings are collected by the edge trim handling system. The equipment, assisted by auxiliary systems such as an EPC system, tension drive system, and dust collection system, ensures precise operation, maintaining stable electrode running to guarantee stable slitting performance and keep all process indicators—such as burrs and straightness—within the specified process range.
