This machine uses a circular cutting knife and roller-style slitting, whose slitting principle is to cut the electrodes by driving the upper and lower slitting knife seats with an electric motor, with manual feeding and automatic blanking. Pre-cut the lithium-ion battery electrodes to the desired length, place the cut electrodes against the feeding guide edge to align them properly, and then gently guide them into the cutting system by hand.
1. Sheet-like feeding, upper and lower circular knife cutting method. The slitting knife replacement is more convenient, and adjustment is simpler.
2. Motor-driven, with feeding guidance and small slitting burrs.
3. D2 material slitting knives are treated with heat treatment, resulting in good slitting effect and long service life.
4. Inlet and outlet are equipped with stainless steel receiving plates.
5. The entire slitting knife assembly is enclosed within a protective cover, ensuring safe operation.
