1. The resistance heating tube transfers heat to the sealing head (brass), utilizing the thermal conduction effect on the packaging material of the lithium battery (aluminum laminated film). Under a certain pressure, it heats, softens, and approaches a molten state to complete the pressing and merging. It can also achieve top and side sealing without changing the sealing head (the upper sealing head is hard, and the lower sealing head is soft).
2. The equipment production workflow involves confirming the opening of the air switch, connecting the power and air sources, starting the power supply, and setting the upper and lower temperature controllers to the specified values. Once the temperature reaches the specified value, switch the knob to automatic, place the battery cell in the sealing position, step on the foot switch, and the equipment will operate.
