The equipment applied to the punch forming of aluminum-laminated film for pouch cells drives the die to rise through a multiplier cylinder to complete the punch forming process. After forming, the lower die resets to its original position. Corresponding forming die can be manufactured according to customer size requirements.
1. Sheet AL-plastic film forming, suitable for R&D and sample making applications.
2. The formed product has uniform stretching, high-quality stretch effect, and no injuries or ruptures.
3. Driven by a force multiplier cylinder, the forming pressure is adjustable.
4. The material feed opening is protected by a safety light grid, ensuring safe operation.
