This device is a desktop semi-auto stacking machine with advanced features to ensure a stable, repeatable and precise electrode stacking. In its "Z" fashion stacking method, anode and cathode electrodes are alternately stacked with the separator film in the middle.
Z-shaped automatic stacking, and the tension of separator is adjustable.
The stacking quantity was counted automatically, and manually reset to zero and design a digital display counter.
The action of the cylinder is controlled by a button switch and driven by PLC.
The electrodes are placed manually, and the jig assists the positioning to ensure the uniformity of the stacking.
With the compatibility design, the battery size change can be realized by replacing the positioning fixture.
Desktop type, can be placed on the ordinary desktop.
