1. This equipment is mainly used for crimping and disassembling coin cells. Only one type (sealing/disassembling) die can be selected as standard for this equipment. The hand lever drives the hydraulic pump; after placing the battery into the die, the hand lever is operated, causing the upper and lower dies to automatically close and form the battery seal. It is used for making sample coin cells and capacitor sealing in laboratory battery material research and development, and can also be used for small batch trial production in factories.
2. The dismantling die is used for disassembling the cathode and anode electrode cases of coin cells after crimping, facilitating the sampling and analysis of the internal materials of the battery for research.
