This machine is primarily designed for the assembly of coin cells. With automated control, it enables the full-process assembly of coin cells, including all materials such as cathode and anode electrode materials, separators, washers, and electrolytes. The assembly is completed within a glove box in a sealed environment, ensuring excellent battery processability. The machine mainly consists of tray feeding mechanism, robotic loading mechanism, crimping module mechanism, injection pump, and glove box. The loading system features a 1-5 channel design, capable of efficiently assembling various types of coin cells.
1. Fully enclosed outer cover of alloy and glass.
2. Each link of the machine action has a signal detection and acquisition system, which can transmit the operation status to the central control center at any time. To ensure that the movements of each component are coordinated with each other and no erroneous actions occur.
3. Interlock protection has been implemented for actions in both automatic and manual modes.
4. In the event of a malfunction, it will automatically sound an alarm and pause the equipment; Can continue working after clearing the alarm.
5. Insulation protection treatment has been carried out for the isolated joints of the strong electrical parts.
6. Install devices with static electricity, leakage, short circuit, overvoltage, and protective devices.
