1. It is mainly used for research sealing of 21700 cylindrical cells, and also applicable for low-volume pilot production in factories. It performs top sealing processing for 21700 cylindrical cells, supports multi-station step-by-step sealing with flexible sealing process configuration, and adapts to automatic / manual commissioning production. The equipment adopts automatic control.
2. Servo drive is adopted; the electric cylinder lifts the cell for sealing, and slide rails are used for moving alignment to ensure vibration-free cell sealing. Precision mold design ensures accurate and reliable sealing forming, with robust sheet metal structural design.
2. The bottom clamping mechanism adopts a 3-jaw bottom fixture; the customer will provide fixture drawings for design reference.

Operation modes: Auto Mode: continuously execute sealing procedures in preset sequence.Manual Single-step / Station-select Mode: support selecting any station freely for sealing, and skip designated stations. Example: only run Station 1,3,5 and skip Station 2,4,6 for independent commissioning of each station as required. Fully enclosed outer cover for alloy and glass; all parameters are set on the touchscreen, PLC-driven.
