This equipment is used for the Z-fold stacking of cathode and anode electrodes and separators for sodium-ion battery cells, employing a dual-station simultaneous stacking method. The separator is actively unwound with automatic EPC, passes through a tensioning mechanism, and is fed into the stacking table. The stacking table, carrying the separator, moves back and forth between the left and right stations to place the electrodes. Cathode and anode electrode robot arms extract the respective electrodes from their magazines, place them onto a positioning platform for precise alignment, and then stack them onto the stacking table. After reaching the preset number of layers, the cell stack is clamped by a robot arm handling mechanism, the separator is cut, and the stack is transferred to the taping station for automatic taping. Simultaneously, the separator on the stacking table is blown and flipped over to initiate the automatic stacking of the next cell. The taped cell stack is then transferred downwards.

8. Dust collection devices are installed at the electrode magazines, stacking table, and pick-up locations, with centralized dust handling.
