1.The product mainly has three aspects of performance:
1）The tab glue and metal Cu-Ni, Ni, Al and aluminum laminated film inner layer material (pp layer) have good heat-seal bonding performance. After the tab glue and the aluminum plastic film are hot melted, they are peeled off with a tensile tester, and the result is milky white visually, and the peel strength is >25N/15mm.
 2）The tab itself has good corrosion resistance. 85℃×24h electrolyte immersion, the color of the tab glue and the metal conductor remains unchanged, the soaking liquid does not penetrate into the colloid, and the peeling strength is more than 15N/15mm.
 3）The insulating layer in the middle of the tab glue can effectively prevent the short circuit between Cu-Ni, Ni, Al and the aluminum layer in the aluminum laminated film.
 
2.Specifications:
1） Digital battery tabs:
 The metal strip of the anode tab is aluminum strip, grade 1070, width 3-10mm, thickness 0.1mm. The total width of the tabs is 5-16mm, the shoulder width is 1.5-3mm, the height is 5-8mm, and the thickness of the double layer is 0.2mm. It is usually black or yellow glue. It is used for small batteries below 1500mAH in roll or format packaging.
 
2） Power battery tab:
 The metal strip of the anode tab is aluminum strip, grade 1070, width 12-60mm, thickness 0.1-0.3mm. The total width of the tabs is 16-70mm, the shoulder width is 2-5mm; the height is 8-15mm, the double layer thickness is 0.2mm, usually white glue, used in 5-200Ah high-power batteries, single-piece packaging.
